NYSTRS Summer Hours

Please be aware NYSTRS' operating hours change during the summer.

Beginning Thursday, June 24 our office hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to12:30 p.m. on Friday. These hours will remain in effect through Wednesday, Sept.15.

We will return to our regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Thursday, Sept. 16.

NYSTRS will be closed the following upcoming holidays:
- Juneteenth: Friday, June 18 (observed)
- Independence Day: Monday, July 5 (observed)
- Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 6

Our building remains closed to the public due to COVID-19 but our phone lines are open during business hours by calling (800) 348-7298. Our website atoffers a host of information and members may message us securely at their convenience via their MyNYSTRS account.
